For years it seemed like I was always sick!  I would try to plan a Halloween party but it seemed like every year around the end of October I would end up with a cold and I would fight a sore throat, stuffy nose, and a cough on and off for months.  My energy level, especially in the afternoon, would make it hard to do my job.  I work with kids that have special needs so it requires a lot of energy and alertness!  I was so tired of not feeling good, having low energy and brain fog.
